The Treaty of Shame in Mickey Mouse Land

A Peace Treaty… Apparently

The “Treaty of Shame” is known in Mickey Mouse Land as a peace treaty.

Now, when we hear the words peace treaty, we usually feel a sense of relief.

And in Mickey Mouse Land, people do feel relieved as well—
with one small detail:

The people feeling relieved are not the civilians.
And certainly not the foreigners.

Peace for Whom?

The only real “peace treaty” in Mickey Mouse Land exists between criminal networks and cartel families.

Not the low-level criminals you see on the news—the ones conveniently paraded for public reassurance.

No.

We are talking about the elite criminals.
The ones often referred to as the untouchables.

They do not just operate in the underworld.
They also seem to have a comfortable relationship with the law—and the people enforcing it.

So yes, “untouchable” feels like an appropriate title.

A Carefully Orchestrated Symphony

In Mickey Mouse Land, criminal networks don’t just influence positions—they decide them.

It’s a beautifully orchestrated symphony where the same networks ensure their presence in every place that matters.

Not for representation, of course.

But to secure and protect their operations.

Efficiency at its finest.

What the Treaty Actually Protects

This so-called peace treaty has nothing to do with protecting civilians.

Its real purpose is far more… practical:

Protecting criminals from the consequences of harming civilians.

That’s why calling it a peace treaty feels slightly inaccurate.

“Treaty of Shame” is simply more… honest.

Organized Crime, Organized Peace

The treaty also serves another important function:

  • It organizes how illegal activities are divided
  • It defines who gets what
  • It even establishes who plays the judge when conflicts arise

Because, of course, conflicts between criminals must be handled carefully.

Hurting criminals is bad for business.

Hurting civilians, on the other hand—especially those who dare to cross invisible lines—is treated as an unforgivable sin.

Priorities.

Protection and Revenge

Whenever one of them is close to being exposed, the networks come together.

Sometimes to protect him.
Sometimes to avenge him—if protection comes too late.

Solidarity is important in any organization.

The Order Behind the Curtain

At the center of this system stands what is often referred to as the Masonic order.

A network that presents itself as enlightenment—but somehow behaves like a well-structured criminal hierarchy.

It’s commonly imagined as a pyramid, with an eye at the top.

Symbolic. Elegant. Slightly on the nose.

Why It Persists

Why is it so difficult to dismantle?

Because many people see it as something noble.
And those who don’t?

They tend to be intimidated, silenced… or permanently quieted.

Which, admittedly, is a very effective communication strategy.

Comfort Breeds Confidence

Over time, these networks have grown extremely comfortable in Mickey Mouse Land.

Comfortable enough to expand their reach into places that are supposed to be safe:

  • Kindergartens
  • Caregiving roles

All in service of grooming victims for predators.

Young victims. Very young.

Because, naturally, the younger they are, the less likely they are to speak.

A chilling form of “risk management.”

When Authorities Get Involved

At times, individuals who attempt to expose these networks find themselves facing… unexpected reactions.

Instead of support, they may receive threats of jail.

And when authorities finally take action?

It’s often because the situation has become too visible to ignore.

At that point, a scapegoat is usually provided—just enough to calm public attention.

Why Foreigners Are Easy Targets

Foreigners are often the preferred targets.

Why?

Because they lack:

  • Deep roots in the country
  • Full awareness of their rights

Which makes them easier to manipulate, intimidate, and control.

Convenient, really.

A Different Reality

The reality of Mickey Mouse Land is very different from what the outside world imagines.

Here, exposing corruption does not bring justice.

It often brings:

  • Silence
  • Manipulation
  • False promises of help
  • And, occasionally, quiet removal from the job market

Final Reality Check

In Mickey Mouse Land, control does not come only from the underworld.

It comes from both directions:

  • From below
  • And from the very top

Which makes the system not broken…

But rather, working exactly as intended.
