The Message
“I am not alone” — a message the Plastic King has sent to the individual.
The individual does not know who he has brought. Did he bring his mother to support him emotionally after the loss? Or his minor daughter, to offer her for sale once more?
The fact that the Plastic King offers his daughter to his worst enemy cannot be ignored — it tells us exactly how little his daughter means to him.
Offering his minor daughter to his enemy means one of two things: either he is willing to sell his family for money, or he wants to use her as bait to catch the individual. Both options tell us the same thing — the Plastic King’s daughter means nothing to him.
A Barking Dog
Back to the message: the individual does not really know what he should do with such useless information, because dogs that bark rarely bite — and so far, the Plastic King has done nothing but bark.
Is intimidation the goal? For two years, the individual has handed him his defeat on a daily basis — and the Plastic King still hasn’t grown the balls to show his face.
Does he want to tell the individual that he is coming for him? We doubt it. Such plastic kings can only attack by proxy — because if they attacked directly, they would burst like a child’s balloon at a grown man’s party: loud for one second, then nothing but scraps.
So the individual truly wonders what the Plastic King means — because there is no meaning the individual can think of that does not end with the Plastic King’s demise.
A Warning to the NPCs
The individual also wants to give the Plastic King a message: for two years, he has been playing and exposing the Plastic King and his cult to the degree that he lost interest in playing them — or even commenting on whatever they say or do.
If you beat a loser once, people will clap for you. If you beat the same loser a thousand times, the audience will not only stop clapping — they will die out of boredom.
The individual has also warned multiple times that he is not going to tolerate any insults from the NPCs sent by the Plastic King or anyone else — but for some reason, they still think it’s funny, and that they can keep doing it.
So the individual decided, in a public message, to let the NPCs know that covert insults will not be tolerated, and that every NPC will be held accountable for them.
The fact that the individual understands they are trying to make a living does not mean he will allow it to happen at the cost of his dignity — and any insults that happen in the future will have consequences they will not like.
