As the individual mentioned before, he was using the game to gather information and give the authorities watching it an opportunity to see who he was dealing with and how dangerous those people could be.
At some point, the government of Mickey Mouse Land allegedly asked the individual to carry out some kind of public exposure. Unfortunately, the message was so vague and abstract that it might as well have been written in ancient hieroglyphics. The individual simply did not understand what they wanted him to do.
The Assignment Nobody Explained
Eventually, the message became clearer.
The government wanted him to expose the Plastic King.
The individual was puzzled.
If the authorities already had the information, why ask for a public exposure? Why not simply invite him into a room, close the door, and ask him what he knew?
That would have been far too practical.
Instead, the individual decided to do what they had requested and publicly expose the Plastic King.
Apparently, in Mickey Mouse Land, the preferred method of gathering information is to ask someone to publish it first and ask questions later.
The Exposure That Exposed Too Much
Even though the individual did not reveal all of the alleged misconduct involving the Plastic King and the government, the authorities were reportedly unhappy that he mentioned the government’s involvement at all.
Suddenly, there was talk of returning to court and renegotiating the compensation that had already been awarded.
It was a fascinating development.
First, the individual was allegedly encouraged to expose the Plastic King.
Then, when he did exactly that, everyone became uncomfortable because the exposure contained… exposure.
One cannot help but admire the strategic planning.
The Illusion of a Happy Ending
The individual explained that mentioning the government’s role had been necessary to tell the story properly and expose the Plastic King effectively. He also reminded them that he had not even discussed the full extent of the alleged corruption.
This seemed to calm the authorities down.
Or at least, they wanted him to believe that it had.
Immediately afterward, the individual thought that his work was finally done and that he would soon receive what the court had determined was legally his.
But according to him, that was merely another illusion sold by Mickey Mouse and the head of the government (Merlot).
Because in Mickey Mouse Land, finishing the assignment does not necessarily mean you are finished.
It usually means a new chapter of the game is about to begin.
